About DDL

Dorvin Duane Leis founded the Company in 1961 in California and moved it to Hawaii in 1967, where it has been in continuous operation since that time. From its beginnings, Dorvin D. Leis Co., Inc. (DDL) has made a commitment to provide quality craftsmanship. Our mission is to provide the highest quality product through sensible design, quality installation, project performance and continuing customer service. Additionally, DDL maintains its own in-house design, control and service departments. DDL works closely with builders, general contractors, and architects to design, engineer, and install the required plumbing, HVAC, fire protection, hydronic, and other systems customized to the specific needs of each project. DDL also utilizes a consultative approach with projects and has developed very strong and long-standing relationships in the Hawaii building community. DDL is the leading mechanical contractor in the State of Hawaii.

Our reputation is based on the quality of our employees, particularly our most important resource – our crafts people.
